I have found that email is an unreliable medium. If
you don't get a reply within a week (more in the holiday season) then I
probably never got your email or it was deleted because it looked like
spam. Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo addresses have a high failure rate in
getting through to me, but my tests have not shown why.
